Are Francisco Garcia and Sean Williams good NBA Fantasy players?

Garcia would be great...if he frisk on added team, also Williams is good for blocks also a excessive percentage but isn't cave to ignite much at all so expect low scoring numbers. I like Josh Boone over S-Will.
